Originally from the surrounding Philadelphia, PA area, Kristy Stafford moved to Southwest Florida (SWFL) seeking shelter from the cold and snow to enjoy the sunshine, beaches and better quality of life in June 2015. 

Kristy has spent over 20 years in the health care sector with her most recent position as Director of primary care and specialty practices. Kristy holds an MBA. Her health care knowledge in business development and acquisitions has allowed her to successfully negotiate commercial lease agreements for medical offices. She has also used these strengths to negotiate strong offers to win bids for her clients houses and condos during the crazy housing market of 2021-2022.
